Wall of Sound 2010
The first stages of the 2010 Wall of Sound is up and running. The theme for this year’s show is “Spy vs. Band” and features the greatest spy music this side of James Bond. Selections include Secret Agent Man, Mission Impossible and the theme from The Pink Panther. The main selections will be strategically tied together with the theme from the animated Mad-TV cartoon “Spy vs Spy.”
This year’s music and drill will be specially written for the Wall of Sound by Andrew Lee Tucker. Mr. Tucker is the Director of Bands at the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse and has written shows at the high school, college and drum corps level.
Auditions for the Wall take place on March 15-17. Best of luck to all who audition. The 2010 Wall of Sound Roster will be posted on March 22nd.
